PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING THE REGISTRATION FORM

•  The registration fee of Rs 1700/- is non-refundable and registration does not guarantee admission.

•  Medium of instruction in all classes is English

•  Income of parents should be sufficient to pay the School Fee.

Note:-

A. This form should be filled only when you agree to the rules of the Vidyalaya and are satisfied with the facilities/infrastructure available in the Vidyalaya and agree to get your child enrolled in the Vidyalaya on payment of fees as notified from time to time.
 
B. The ‘School Fee’ is tuition fee which is charged for course of study that may be in any mode as appropriate according to time and circumstances. A certificate for payment of ‘Tuition Fee’ will be provided for the amount paid towards 'School Fee'.
 
C. The Vidyalaya fee for one ensuing academic session shall be payable by the parent irrespective of admission / withdrawal of the child on any date. No fee other than caution money will be refunded after admission of the child in the Vidyalaya.

D. School fee has to be deposited as per the fee schedule i.e. latest by 15th of each indicated month, failing which a fine of Rs.50/- per day will be charged. In case late fee is not paid, the amount of late fee will be adjusted against caution money and the amount so adjusted has to be deposited before the child attends next class.
 
E. Parents have to make arrangement for commutation of their ward as the Vidyalaya neither provides any transport facility to students nor it recommends/suggests any particular vehicle for transportation. Any transport operator using name of the Vidyalaya should not be deemed as authorized by or affiliated to the Vidyalaya.
 
F. Any activity beyond Vidyalaya hours and/or outsourced/extra service(s) will be charged separately and the parent will have the option to choose any activity offered by the Vidyalaya on payment.
 
G. The Vidyalaya is a main stream school and is able to handle learning deficiencies only. Parents should declare health, physical, psychological, learning and other concerns of their child along with certificates, prescriptions, instructions, etc. In case, the child is diagnosed with any such disability which cannot be handled by the Vidyalaya, the parent should take the child to a special school.
 
H. Particulars of child and parents should be entered correctly as mentioned in the Transfer Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Birth Certificate, Passport etc., submitted at the time of admission, which will be entered in the records of the Vidyalaya and shall not be changed in future in any case.
 
I. Parents should actively support the child in academics and keep a vigil on behaviour of the child including use of social media.

Submission of this application for registration is an express acceptance of the rules for fees / academics / attendance / examination / conduct / behaviour etc. as decided by the Vidyalaya authorities from time to time.
