PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTE CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION 2024-2025

    Note:-

1.     The registration fee Rs 600/- is non-refundable and registration does not guarantee admission. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without assigning any reason.

2.     After filling the Registration school staff will contact you and will give you the schedule for interaction/ Admission test of your ward.

3.     This form should be filled only when you agree to the rules of the DAVCPS and are satisfied with the facilities / infrastructure available in the DAVCPS and you agree to get your child enrolled in the DAVCPS on the payment of fees as notified by the DAVCPS from time to time.

4.     The DAVCPS fee for one ensuing academic session shall be payable by the parent irrespective of admission / withdrawal of the child on any date.

5.     The school fee can be deposited through the DAVCPS website www.davjaipur.com Payment of fee through cheque will be accepted ONLY at HDFC Bank Branches. The cheque should be drawn in favour of “DAV Centenary Public School”. Cash payment will not be accepted. Payments are accepted at school reception through POS machine through all type of cards except American Express. UPI payments directly done in school account will require confirmation through screenshot/payment details made available to the DAVCPS to update the school records.

6.     The DAVCPS does not charge for any other activity except an activity beyond DAVCPS hours and of outsourced nature.

7.     Parents should declare health, physical, psychological, learning and other concerns of their child along with certificates, prescription, instructions, etc.

8.     Particulars of child and parents should be entered correctly as mentioned in the Transfer Certificate, Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, Passport etc., submitted at the time of admission, which will be entered in the records of the DAVCPS and shall not be changed in future in any case. Hence we request parents to fill the Admission Form & Registration Form carefully.

9.     Admission in Class IX & XI will be granted as per CBSE Guideline.

10.     A Child withdrawal or dismissal can be done due to poor Academic performance, Long Absence (without any information), Disciplinary grounds & Non-payment of Fees by the end of given schedule by the school.

11.     The DAVCPS does not compel students / parents to buy books, stationery, copies, uniform, accessories etc. from any particular vendor.

Submission of this application for registration is an express acceptance of the rules for fees / academics / attendance / examination / conduct / behaviour etc. as decided by the DAVCPS authorities from time to time.
